Equipment Maintenance Manager 1985-1988

. Managed a work force, which consisted of four Maintenance Supervisors,

a Planner/Scheduler, six parts room attendants, and thirty-six multi-

skilled mechanics in a 24 hour, 7 days per week operation.

. Teams were responsible for the repair and maintenance of all

processing and packaging systems in a 250,000 square foot snack food

manufacturing plant.

Facility Maintenance Manager 1982-1985

. Managed a team of 6 electro-mechanical technicians who were

responsible for the repair and maintenance of the plant's utilities

systems, 350 psi boiler systems, Chillers and HVAC systems, Power

Distribution systems, material handling equipment, and overall

building upkeep.

Maintenance Supervisor 1979-1982

. Shift supervisor of the team responsible for the overnight PM's and

repairs to the equipment during the nightly sanitation process, and

the subsequent start-up of the corn and potato cooking and converting

process.
