Payments of $4 Billion annually. Worked with State and
Federal legislative organizations to implement new and modify
existing rules.
1986-2002 Controller/Manager Finance and Administration - Marathon
Ashland Pipe Line LLC.
Responsible for all finance and administrative functions
within this $900 million subsidiary. This included financial
planning and forecasting, overall capital and operating
budget responsibility, credit management, cash forecasting,
financial and operating reports, and computer systems.
1982-1986 Manager Corporate Accounting - Marathon Oil Company.
Responsible for compliance with the overall accounting
policies of the Company and its consolidated subsidiaries.
This included managing the preparation of quarterly and
annual S. E. C. filings, the preparation of annual financial
statements and footnotes, and the monthly consolidation of
all Company operations.

Primarily responsible for the establishment of the audit
function within the Company's international subsidiary,
including the recruitment of a foreign national staff,
development of audit procedures, and communications with
operations management. The major international activity
during this period was the design, fabrication, and
installation of a $2 Billion offshore production platform.
