Responsibilities include overseeing and training department staff, managing
temporary staffing needs, time management for balancing workload and
prioritizing requested word processing and related requests to satisfy
office needs, adhering to QA/QC process to consistently produce quality
work product. Position also requires assisting/managing Project Managers
needs and expectations, attending project meetings, and regularly working
overtime to meet project deadlines. Also responsible for coordinating with

General Duties: Creating and formatting existing documents, reports,

of all corporate desktops, laptops, servers, associated peripherals and A/V
equipment including regular operating system and software updates, software
and hardware installations, and support for end users. Formatting and

Staff Support: Departmental support for all areas including County Film
