Responsibilities include overseeing and training department staff, managing

temporary staffing needs, time management for balancing workload and

prioritizing requested word processing and related requests to satisfy

office needs, adhering to QA/QC process to consistently produce quality

work product. Position also requires assisting/managing Project Managers

needs and expectations, attending project meetings, and regularly working

overtime to meet project deadlines. Also responsible for coordinating with

vendors for report production and other applicable needs.

General Duties: Creating and formatting existing documents, reports,

spreadsheets, Power Point presentations as well as occasional digital image

editing requests; tracking and maintaining schedule for production of large

multi-disciplinary documents for various governmental agency review; and

coordination with outside vendors for production needs. Other general

responsibilities include production of in-house documents, ensuring

performance of production room copiers/call service as needed for repairs,

ordering of necessary supplies in preparation of large production jobs.

Position frequently assists with technical questions for office staff

regarding formatting, Microsoft Office programs, and general administrative

tasks as well as occasional reception coverage.

office network in Santa Maria office. Network printers and scanners. Set up

08/01-03/04: Santa Barbara Conference & Visitors Bureau and Film

Commission, Santa Barbara, CA

Tourism/Marketing Coordinator, Film Commission Associate

Staff Support: Departmental support for all areas including County Film

Commission, Information Systems, Public Relations and Sales. Regular IT

backup support including troubleshooting, helpdesk, inventory, weekly

visitor and client inquiries for Sales and Film; creation of various
