Avery Dennison Plant is a model in ELS, we have obtained 4 out of 5 in Lean Transformation of 10 global standards attributes

as Visual management, TPM, Standard Work, Environmental health and safety, 5’s, Continuous improvement structure,

leadership empowerment, use of ELS tools., Saving from 4MM to 6MM (Cost per unit, Scrap, Material cost reduction and

overhead)

120 Kaizen events involving all levels of the organization

Plant VSM involving suppliers, VSM’s as a manufacturing Cell and Support Departments
