Participated in long-range strategic planning, forecasting, and daily

operations. Supervised staff of 10. Administered five collective

bargaining agreements, representing three labor unions. Assisted with

JCAHO survey preparation.

. Restructured Human Resources Department to focus on customer service.

. Developed and implemented unique initiatives including restructuring
