Designed HMI interface and reporting module for batch processing

system. Used RSview32 with a Controllogix PLC to record the alarming

and trending. Developed Excel applications to automate the batch and

CIP reporting functions.

Programmed Omron PLC's to track part numbers of 50 models, equipment

faults, and record the production count. Integrated the equipment

tracking via Ethernet to the Wonderware application and produced the

required I/O and SQL scripts. Modified and created Proface and

Wonderware HMI screens.

Reduced equipment downtime by over 20 percent on valve guild

assembly equipment by reworking the installation mechanism and

new lines.

Automated manual soldering stations with an ABB robot cells, wrote

the maintenance procedures, and conducted training for plant

percent below the projected budget.
