Responsibilities include sales and service for the West Coast territory for
Watson-Inc. This territory covers the area west of Denver, from California
to Western Canada.
Products sold but not limited to, are Dough Conditioners, Mold Inhibitors,
Yeast Foods, Fat Replacers, Bread, and Tortilla bases. I am currently
calling on the major wholesale bakeries in the west, as well as mid size
accounts.
