Objective

The desired objective is to obtain a completion foreman position which includes the responsibility

of overseeing coil-tubing, wire line, and fracturing services.

Professional Experience

Great White Pressure Pumping- Oklahoma- April 2011 to Present

Field Service Trainer- Working closely with training manager I was responsible for

training new and old employees how to operate the Blender, Hydration Unit, and the Liquid

Additive System. This included writing the operations manuals for each unit, teaching calculations

needed to figure sand rates, chemical rates, how much chemical and sand to use per stage,

etc. Document the training each person received and their progress and teaching these classes

both on location during jobs and in a classroom setting. I would also fill in for Service Supervisor

when they were not on location to call the job and complete paperwork and computer work for the

job.

• I have called jobs from the Frac van

• Have completed job packets

• Completed post job performance reviews on employees being trained

• Have supervised up to 18 people both in daily activities and while in training

• Have worked on horizontal, multi-stage fracs that included slick water, cross-

linked gel and gel types of energized fluids.

Halliburton Energy Services- Oklahoma- July 2010-March 2011

Blender Operator-ran the blender during jobs making sure that the proper amount of chemical

and sand were placed down hole during each stage and this was done in a safe manner.

• Started as a pump hand

• Ran the high pressure side

• Operated the hydration unit and LMS unit

• Worked on many types of energized fluid system including cross linked gel, slick

water and big inch high pressure jobs

Schlumberger-Texas- September 2007 to June 2010

Blender/Super Pod Operator-Operated the Super Pod and SS style blender making sure that sand and chemicals

went down hole in correct amounts as well as making sure the back yard was a safe environment.

• Started new to oil field

• Operated movers and t-belts, ran the pump room, ran high pressure side of iron

• Ran the Hydration unit and travelled to West Virginia and Pennsylvania to teach crews how

to operate their hydration unit.

• Coordinated the sand for each job and made sure it was on location

• Worked on both vertical and horizontal wells, multi stage, single stage re-fracs, worked with

cross linked gel, gel and slick water.

• Also worked with Schlumberger’s divert-i-max (fiber frac) jobs.

City of Wichita Falls-Texas-January 1995 to August 2007

Police Officer- I was a patrol officer with responsibilities for making detailed reports for the citizens in our

community when reporting crimes or civil problems. I would make arrests when I witnessed or had creditable

information that a crime had taken place. I would also testify in court when needed. I also learned how to

deal with the people during many stressful and emotional events.

• Started with recruit school

• Worked on 3rd and 2nd shift patrol

• Was a field training officer for new recruits

• Worked with several State and Federal Agencies

Preston Juice Plant-Texas- August 1994 to January 1995

Juice maker-took all the ingredients for the juice, mixed it together in batch tanks then sent it to the

pasteurization room.

• Weighed in an out tanker trucks of juice concentrate

• Mixed correct portions of juice ingredients according to directions

Howmet Casting-Texas-febuary-1994 to July 1994

Metal control/Mold handler- moved hot molds from the blast furnace to the casting machine where

molten metal was poured in the mold. I then removed the mold from casting machine and placed them

on a cooling rack.

• Metal control filled the orders for different types of metal alloy depending on part being

made.

• Ordered metals when the inventory was low.

Marshall Ford Marina- Texas- January 1993 to January 1994

Forklift operator/ maintenance- operated a 20 ton forklift to move boats from the storage racks onto a trolley and

lowered them to the water, then returned them when finished, also worked a head of maintenance with a crew of 3.

• Worked on up keeping all of marina’s dock, facilities and boat racks

• Provided minor maintenance on boats

Wales Industrial- Texas-February 1992 to December 1992

Crane Rigger/Yard Hand- I helped the crane operators do daily maintenance on the cranes and on jobs I

would rig up the loads for a safe lift.

• Assisted millwrights in moving machine shop machines and then setting them back up

• Ran fork lifts too move machinery around factories

U.S. Air Force-March 1987 to January 1992

Firefighter/Medic- provided fire suppression for air craft and buildings when needed. While stationed

in the Philippines I took on a secondary career field and volunteered more than 1200hrs

working in the base hospital emergency room.

• Completed basic training and tech school

• Learned how to drive and operate all the firefighting equipment at our base

• Was selected to attend Rescue School

• Was crew chief of the rescue truck

• Started a paramedic program at Clarke AB
