Career Achievements:
Spearheaded campaign to merge multinational Quality Management Systems.
Convinced senior management to fund and support; wrote corporate level
business system policies and procedures; directed international team to
drive multi-site project implementation. Results: Achieved a unified
quality system and aerospace AS9100 registration in <1 year.
Transformed manual visual to 100% automated inspection. Evaluated and
implemented conversion of manual die visual to automated inspection
