* Successful projects include: 1.) Qualified a replacement

component required on shippable units being delayed due to

part obsolescence. 2.) Coordinated an audit finding fix

under strict completion deadlines; requiring resources

allocations, the management of peers' time and efforts, and

the training of cross-functional personnel. And 3.)

Managed a second audit fix effort.

* Proposed an ESD Upgrade Project that was approved by

management.

02/08 - 10/09 Shadin Avionics: St. Louis Park, MN

Manufacturing Engineer; Program/ Project Manager

* Program Manager for an aircraft frame performance monitor

that tracks flight path. Managed budgets, resources, and

schedules.

* Project manager for a military product, bringing it from

Engineering into Production. Assisted in developing new

test processes and procedures; acquiring equipment, tools,

and fixtures. Helped to develop Test System requirements.

* Managed a legacy product upgrade; delivering on time,

price, and schedule. Established new-build and test

RTCA's DO-160 EMI/ESS qualifications testing. Estimated
