• Managed the installation and the operations for two manufacturing facilities, one specializing in concrete
paver production and the other in concrete slab production/special finishes. Carried out the Networking
Visualization of the production achieving a full quality control and keeping the lowest residual level.
• Developed and realized the supply chain process to maintain a higher level of performance, to minimize
expenses, maximize profitability and ensure deadlines were met.
• Worked closely with marketing, designers and customers to achieve quality and performance desired.
1995-2007 Plant Manager Ackerstein Israel, Israel
• Managed the design, the installation and the operations for the largest of three manufacturing facilities of
Ackerstein Group. Annual revenues exceeded $20M reducing the manpower from 125 to 88 employees.
Built, installed and operated five new facilities with the “state-of- the-art” equipment.
• Managed the entire operation plant, including production, budgeting, forecasting, purchasing, quality
control, equipment maintenance, inventory, and distribution center. Consistently met exacting quality
standards and project deadlines.
