• Inventory; Warehouse – weekly and/or monthly. Labels for boxes on the production floor. Prepare Fed Ex and

UPS shipments.

• Sales, type drafts, announcements, mail merges.

• Ship samples for potential or existing customers.

• H.R., Authorization for call-in’s or Overtime pay, as needed, order temps for all shifts. Uniform orders.

• Keep track of attendance, vacation and point system.

• Edit time sheets (E-Time)/cards for payroll.

• Monthly vacation liability/Point System reports for Human Resources.
