. Responsible for developing system descriptions and SOPs.

. Developed associated training documents including procedures,

qualification checkoffs, exams, and P&IDs.

. Clients include: fossil power, chemical industry, manufacturing and

oil pipeline systems.

. Representative projects include:

. Gainesville Regional Utilities - responsible for the development

and management of a training and qualification program for all

operators based on a gas turbine retrofit, an existing oil fired

boiler plant and a coal fire plant. Procedures were developed for

all of the units.

. AEC Oil and Gas - Developed federal mandated OQ training for oil

pipeline operators.

. Walter Reed Army Hospital - Developed SOPs and flow diagrams for

the boilers as a consultant. Filled in the position of Critical

Systems Manager for seven months that included the maintenance and

operation of the campus boilers.

. Red River Environmental Products Activated Carbon Plant - managed

SOP project and developed SOPS for turbine systems. Worked with

client SMEs.as required.

. Contractor for various divisions within General Physics as a technical

trainer and procedure writer.

Training specialist from 1988 to 1995

. Certified as Senior Reactor Operator.

. Worked at a Testing and Development Group for the Department of Army's

chemical weapons destruction program. Filled in as mechanical

engineer.

. Developed procedures as required for process equipment lines.
