letters of intent, purchase and sale agreements,
development agreements, easement agreements, condominium
and home owner association documentation and ancillary
documents.
. Conduct due diligence review and advise clients of
potential property issues; work directly with clients and
opposing counsel to formulate and implement resolutions.
. Work directly with client representatives, brokers, title
agents and other professionals to independently manage and
coordinate transactions from inception to completion,
including oversight of document preparation and review;
counsel clients on all aspects of transactions.
