Responsibilities of the Recruitment Coordinator:

Advertise “hard to fill” positions via external websites (Monster.com, CareerBuilder.com, National Kidney

Assist the director with recruitment cycle of management level positions

Pre-screen applicants to ensure candidate meets minimum qualifications

Schedule & coordinate interviews

Manage the background check process of prospect employees

Primary Source Licensure for Clinical Positions

Set up new hires for Employee Health Assessment

Input New Hire Data via PeopleSoft.

Responsibilities of the New Hire Orientation Facilitator:

Present federal & state laws that govern the healthcare industry, as part of the hospital’s general

orientation program.

Coordinate the entire program by scheduling dates for new calendar year, ordering breakfast & lunch,

notifying presenters of changes, and updating material in master PowerPoint slides.

Schedule meetings to review material content with subject matter experts to ensure material is updated,

per the Joint Commission & Department of Public Health requirements and guidelines.

Set up & facilitate Orientation biweekly.

Streamline Processes by creating written standards of process

Responsibilities of Managing Staffing Vendors:

Manage clerical temporary assignments with agency vendors.

Coordinate with managers & agency personnel for job placement

Ensure temporary member meets hospital & state healthcare regulations, Per the Joint Commission and

Department of Public Health guidelines.
