RE: Office Manager Job Opening
I would like to present myself to you in hopes I can be considered for your Office Manager's job opening.
I have over twelve years of Office Management experience. I type up to 80 wpm using Windows XP
Professional with MS Word 2010. I know Excel, Publisher 07, some QuickBooks, and Primavera (now Oracle)
for construction, Outlook, plus lots of experience in internet research. I have constructed two personal web
sites, and maintained an employers’ web site. I can design/produce business cards, brochures, write and lay-out
monthly newsletters, design/produce membership directories, and maintain a membership database.
My skills are varied because I have always enjoyed the challenge of learning new skills. I am a Notary for the
State of MD, a Polling Judge in Calvert County, and Past President of Northern Calvert Rotary. I am a dedicated
worker and my attendance record is above average.
Thank you for your time and consideration. I hope to hear from you soon.

interesting local pictures for inclusion. Supervised the Receptionist.

easily.
