Primary Responsibilities: Talent and academic assessment of High School and International Basketball

chain network.

Accountabilities included: Providing ongoing solutions and improvements in support of company growth

1987 – 1997 MagneTek, Inc. Supply Chain Manager

Primary Responsibilities: Startup and Management of US Flow Thru Distribution Center plus Export

Processing Center in Brownsville, TX and Operational Support to a Fortune 500 Multi-Plant Maquiladora

Operation in Mexico.

Accountabilities included management of: All Distribution Center Processes in the US and Mexico such as

Customer Relations, Shipping-Receiving, Inventory Processes (Kan-Ban, JIT, FIFO, LIFO), Production

Forecasting, Exports & Imports, Domestic and International transportation of all Modes, 16 unit

International Tractor Trailer Fleet, 12 Unit US Fleet, product returns and rework center, NAFTA

Compliance, Carrier Contracts, Purchasing, vendor and carrier compliance, Safety, SECOFI Import

Permits and Budget Control. In total managed 5 direct reports and total US and International staff of 100+.

Also was the lead on Mainframe MRP Interface setup, Process-Design and Implementation of ERP

System, and provided bi-lingual training and continued system and user support to the US and Mexico.
