DIG has been my primary client for the past five years. I have worked as a lead training
consultant on numerous projects as a sub contractor developing training programs and technical
documentation for many of the engagements where DIG was the primary vendor conducting
software implementations.
Managed the development of training modules and technical documentation for DIG’s custom
software Implementations.
Developed blended learning programs and curriculum consisting of instructor led classroom and
virtual training courses, online modules, webinars, audio and video podcasts and all the ancillary
training manuals and technical documentation for multiple audiences.

Acted as project manager for the development of a training infrastructure using the IAD and SAT
methodology as well as the LMS and LCMS.
Rolled out instructor led and online training curriculum for internal personnel, mid level managers
and executive level managers in the organizational development series.
Created the entire course curriculum for RSN’s online training portal and for classroom instructor
led learning modules.
Developed and wrote numerous technical manuals for their resort communication portal,

Managed and wrote a large technical documentation set for the US Treasury Department’s
Pay.Gov web portal which was created to allow corporations to pay their taxes online directly to
any federal agency.
Developed the design, documentation conventions, style and content for an end user guide,

Training & Technical Documentation Project Manager Waltham, MA
Acted as project manager on CTC’s implementation of a string of homegrown software
applications undertaken to retire many of their legacy systems.
Developed training assessments, training development plans, online and classroom curriculum,

Created technical documentation to coincide with the training program, including: end user

Managed and assisted in the design and development of the initial release of the
documentation for the Siebel Enterprise Application and the technical manuals used
by application administrators, marketing administrators, system administrators and
application developers, as well as course curriculum for training Siebel’s customers.
The documentation and training structure I created for Siebel’s course offerings
and technical documentation program assisted in making the training group (that
later became professional services) a revenue generating department that now
produces significant revenue each year.
United States Agency for International Development (USAID) 1996 1998 Contract Project
Manager for SA Country Program Strategy Paper Pretoria, RSA
Successfully managed the development of a five hundred page Country Program Strategy
Paper (CPSP) covering proposed aid programs to South Africa for the years 1997 to 2002.
Managed the research, data collection and writing effort for the CPSP for the development of
tertiary educational programs and native job training courses for South African funded programs
through USAID.
Educational Opportunities Council (NGO) 1995 1996
Contract Consultant for SA Training Redevelopment Program Johannesburg, RSA
Worked with senior level South African Government Officials to develop and implement
methodologies to deliver adult learning programs and for tertiary educational programs.
This program was funded mostly through the United States Agency for International Development
and was a high profile project during the initial years of democracy in South Africa after the fall of
Apartheid. The program was primarily focused on providing equal opportunity for training and
education for all South Africans.
