I was hired to be the first HR person at this $70mm manufacturer of portable electric fans and heaters.

I initiated the start up of the HR function at 5 plants covering 500 + employees and 300+ temporary

employees. This was a very challenging position and an extraordinary learning experience. I still

maintain close relationships with many former employees. The company closed in 2008.
