sale of one of the assets for over $21,000,000

. Developed and trained associates to become new construction specialist

who would be successful in my absence.

Certified Yardi Trainer

Promoted to a certified trainer within the first 6 months of my employment

with Lincoln Property Company.

yardi voyager 6.0 roll out.

Rehab & Rejuvenation

Put in place to reposition the property within the market and acquire a

Certificate of Occupancy in order to place the asset on

the market after stabilization.

REHAB SUCESS:

. Developed and implemented a successful budget for a 4.3 million dollar

rehab.

. In order to rid the property of the criminal element it was reduced to

24% occupied, within 7 months the asset was 92%

occupied with qualified residents.

. Drove the recognition of the team and won the "Gold Medallion" which

is Lincoln's most recognized award.

. Toured with Brokers and prospective buyers for the successful sale of

the asset.

. Increased NOI on the asset 12% once stabilized.

Pinnacle, Dallas, Texas

February 2002-September 2003

Largest third party fee manager of multifamily housing with

approximately 175,000 units under management.

Marketing and Leasing Director

Developed all marketing material for the site in addition to supervising

the leasing staff.
