Rehab & Rejuvenation
Put in place to reposition the property within the market and acquire a
Certificate of Occupancy in order to place the asset on
the market after stabilization.
REHAB SUCESS:
. Developed and implemented a successful budget for a 4.3 million dollar
rehab.
. In order to rid the property of the criminal element it was reduced to
24% occupied, within 7 months the asset was 92%
occupied with qualified residents.
. Drove the recognition of the team and won the "Gold Medallion" which
is Lincoln's most recognized award.
. Toured with Brokers and prospective buyers for the successful sale of
the asset.
. Increased NOI on the asset 12% once stabilized.

Largest third party fee manager of multifamily housing with
approximately 175,000 units under management.
