signs, preparing patients and assisting doctor with all procedures. Other

dressings, venous blood draws, finger sticks and blood cultures. I

performed diagnostic testing which included: urinalysis, pregnancy testing

H. Pylori, Pro-time, 12 lead EKG, CBC (in house), pulmonary function test

and allergy testing. I also administered med nebs, allergy injections,

immunizations, antibiotics, etc. Other duties were telephone consultations

regarding test results, prescription refills and ordering supplies.

learned many skills such as: patient safety, interpersonal communication,

medical quality control procedures, CPR, venipuncture and blood pressure.

I am also CPR certified.
