Ace Team is an Import house sourcing various goods and merchandise from across the globe. They have
expertise in procurement, executing financial processes, handling the logistics and cross-border legal
procedures involved. Over the years they have excelled in vendor negotiations and delivering merchandise
right to the buyer’s door. I worked with Ace Team as an Import Sales Coordinator for their Saddlery line of
products.
As the Import Sales Coordinator, my primary responsibilities were:
• Providing On-Call support to the Sales representatives in the field
• Provide exceptional Customer Service for day to day operations
• Co-ordination with Clients for the Purchase/Sales order confirmation, rate, delivery of goods, payment timelines,
etc.
• Work closely with the shipping line, clearing house and the warehouse staff to ensure smooth handling of
incoming shipments

ACPL Exports is a major manufacturer and exporter of silver jewelry and finished components. They have been accorded
with the 'Highest Export of Silver Jewelry ' award consecutively for the last 15 years.
I worked with ACPL Exports, Agra as a Summer Intern in their Trade Services department. My primary responsibilities
