General Contractor, Bank Preservation April 2010 - present
Contracted work with local banks and financial institutes to recover
properties that had been obtained by the bank due to foreclosure. Daily
duties included home preservation, general maintenance skills, lawn care,
and homeowner interaction.
Slagel Enterprises, Freight Handler April 2009 - April 2010
I conducted furniture delivery and freight handling for a transportation
company who served as a supplier for Pottery Barn customers. Implemented
safety skills such as team lifting while transporting material weighing up
to 400 pounds. I was also responsible for supervising 1-2 employees on a
daily basis to ensure accuracy and quality of all deliveries.

I performed daily sheet medal welding to assist in the production of
industrial sized air ducts. I used MIG and TIG welding skills to create
under booths for Honda paint departments. Exposure to Industrial HVAC
procedures and actively participated in weekly safety meetings.
