Responsibilities include disposal of all lease returns for the Houston area office (fleet size of 11,000 units) and achieving

the highest selling price possible (contractual agreements) building long -lasting professional relationships with and selling

to local and out-of-town automotive dealerships and auctions. Key responsibilities include:

Appraising and establishing market prices for local lease returns\units in the greater Houston area

Setting residuals/salvages and fleet analysis for new leases

Handling collections of all units sold on a monthly basis (approximately $425,000–$450,000)

Selling more than 50 lease units per month through contractual agreements
