targets. Recognized as elite-level financial expert and for implementing

corporate changes to accommodate the market, increase business levels and

company profits, build operation infrastructure, developing business

methodologies and increase stockholder value. Effective collaborator

within diversified settings.

Career Expertise & Selected Achievements

Initiated a modernized business structure by surveying existing and

potential customers and making recommendations to the Board of Directors.

I employed and worked with in state and out of state attorneys and

accountants for almost a year to develop a new business model that was

subsequently approved by the company stockholders to offer more lending

flexibility within our lending institution.

Developed operating policies and procedures, drafted by laws, hired

appropriate support staff and developed budgets and financial plans. The

project completion facilitated in expanding market share and company growth

from $150 million to over $300 million in less than four years.

The Board of Directors agreed to move a branch office location from one

county to another at my recommendation. After leasing office space for a

few years, an office building was constructed. The community increased

their support of our business, employees were happier, and profits

increased. Loan volume increased from $30 million to over $60 million in

less than five years.

Hired a consulting service to perform salary, incentive and compensation

studies for employees to diminish subjectivity in employee compensation.

The outside expert firm was well received by employees and salary

administration practices were more favorably accepted by all employees.

Through operation costs reduction and increased profits, a sufficient level

of capital was obtained to reduce the loan stock requirements. Instead of

loan based stock requirements for customers, we converted to a borrower

based stock requirement, thereby reducing the stock purchase requirement by

borrowers. This enhanced the perception of Association operations and was

well received by current and prospective borrowers. We were the first

Association in Texas to implement this practice.

Received the district sponsored Pinnacle Performance Award for five of the

six times it was offered. The award was given based on capital levels,

asset quality, management skills, equity, and liquidity goals. This award

was presented only to those Associations that demonstrated high levels of

overall operation.

Developed and recommended a patronage program, or profit sharing program,

for borrowers. The Board approved the program and it promoted goodwill

among borrowers and created more Association value for borrowers. Most

borrowers viewed the payment as an interest rebate.

Initiate policies and procedures to facilitate credit administration and

financially-related services are provided in accordance with federal, state

and local laws.

Participated in the development of one of the highest-rated Associations

within the 10th Farm Credit District, based on loan portfolio growth,

credit quality and financial accomplishments.

Maximized company's profits to achieve over $6 million net annual income.

Generated over $100 million loan volume for consecutive years.

Developed loan portfolio from $67 million to over $300 million while

maintaining a credit quality rating of over 98%.

Led the Association to the Pinnacle Performance Award five out of the six

years it was offered.

Selected by peers to serve on the District Business Relationship Study

Group.
