A personal project on developing a Web application for food enthusiasts
Leveraging my instructional design, training development, and project management experience to design and develop a social
learning-based dynamic Web application focused on food.
Designing the content based on instructional design methodologies and adult learning theories. This will increase user engagement by
helping them follow the content easily and learn effectively.
Developing a prototype for the Web application using PHP, MySQL, and CodeIgniter framework.
Planning to conduct user studies with the prototype in the upcoming months to understand the potential users’ expectations,
preferences, behaviors, and thought processes. This will help in improving the user interface and content design.

RWD Technologies helps clients with performance solutions, enterprise learning solutions, and applied technology solutions
Pioneered the set up of clients’ offsite system and mentored developers on tools and technologies used for developing training
courses. This eliminated the travel and living expenses from a number of project team resources, reducing the development cost of
training and performance support materials by 40%.
Developed storyboard for end-user courses and application simulations to train the corporate clients in energy and retail sectors on
using the SAP, Oracle, and Wellcore applications. These products will reduce the common errors reported in application usage by
80%.
Initiated and completed the upgrade of a 355-page advanced e-learning course for a client in 80 hours. This helped our business unit

Designed course-specific interactivity templates based on instructional design principles. The templates were adopted by all divisions
and helped earn revenue of USD 2,50,000 over 3 years.
Conducted qualitative research and analyzed gathered feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of the existing products and make
decisions on new product design. This helped increase users’ overall learning experience and performance by approximately 25%.
