**** - ******* - ***tup.com, Founder Temecula Valley Singles - In just over

3 years, Temecula Valley Singles (TVS) is now the largest Meetup group of

its type in the South Riverside County and North San Diego County. As the

Founder, my primary roles are recruiting new members, planning & marketing

a wide assortment of events. Using my Internet marketing skills and

personal circle of influence TVS is now well known and respected among

local area restaurants, wineries, club, and theater and event

professionals.

2010 - Present - Meetup.com, Founder Temecula Valley Events - Recently, I

started Temecula Valley Events in an effort to expand upon my professional

relationships with local restaurant owners and managers, as well as,

winery, club, theater and event planners. This online events calendar hosts

all local area events.

2005 - Present - Owner/Broker, New Construction Source, Inc. - As the

owner/broker of a Real Estate brokerage firm specializing in new homes

sales, I utilized my network of industry contacts to become the first New

Home Outside Consultant selling new homes for all national builders. I

developed and maintained a database of local area new home communities. In

addition to the sales skills described below, I first designed and

established a well recognized corporate identity including, logo, ad

layouts, signs, billboards, web-site, as well as, a long list of marketing

material. I further branded NCS, Inc. using Internet web-based marketing

and Internet networking via e-commerce, e-marketing. I alone achieved and

supervised all sales, loans and escrows. I also handle my own accounts

payable/receivable.

1995-2005 - New Home Real Estate Agent/Broker - I was recruited by the

Division President of Richmond American Homes after I had successfully

completed an interior design project for their model homes. My background

in interior design provide the construction knowledge such as,

understanding the building process and terms, reading blue-prints,

selecting options upgrades and of course sales. For 10 years I sold out

several large new construction communities for four national builders;

Ivory Homes, KB Homes, KHovnanian Homes and Richmond American Homes. In

these positions I consistently managed between 50-100+ escrows

simultaneously. My primary role was to meet or exceed sales goals while

maintaining 100'% buyer satisfaction. Residential New Construction is a

fast-paced, high-stress industry. Because every buyer and every home is

different, effective management required daily hands-on supervision of

every aspect of the construction process. Success was dependent on

meticulous record keeping, paperwork, as well as, coordinating innumerable

schedules, management meetings, reporting, and being a liaison between the

construction & customer service staff, management and the customer.

Mortgage Banking, Imperial Savings and Loan - Over approximately 5 years I

carried several positions through promotions. I began as an Assistant

Trader in the corporate office of the Secondary Market department; from

there I was promoted to Senior File Auditor in the Post Closing Department;

finally ending as the Closing Manager for the San Diego Mortgage Loan

Division. Throughout my real estate career have maintained a complete

understanding of the lending industry, loan packaging, credit review and

underwriting guidelines.

Property Management, Century 21 Northcutt - I single-handedly started and

managed the Property Management division. In less than 2 years I

established new business accounts and managed over than 250 rental units. I

was solely responsible for every aspect of my department from new client

sales, advertising, maintenance and repairs, application screening,

inspections, accounts payable and receivable, as well as, legal evictions

when necessary.

Interior Designer, Baywood Kitchen Remodels of La Jolla, Ethan Allen, Los

Angeles Pacific Design Center, and RCWilley Home Furnishing - Utilizing my

degree in Interior Design, I successfully designed and executed remodels,

as well as, dozens of residential and commercial interior designs projects

that included, drapery, carpet, paint, furniture, lighting and accessories.

I also created in-store room displays and model homes. I have extensive

expertise and natural talent in all areas of design from lighting, color,

space planning, drafting and reading blue prints, as well as, immense

experience working with subcontractors. I recognize quality and can sell

value.
