Lean Manufacturing: Championed and won full workforce acceptance of
operational cost cutting lean manufacturing principles at APW.
Just-In-Time Inventory: For National Fulfillment, implemented
organizational processes and gained supplier adherence to just-in-time
philosophy. Convinced top management to transition from bulk building
model to a demand/just in time based model.
Employee Retention: At National Fulfillment implemented policy of
employee inclusion reducing workforce turnover.
ERP Inventory Control: Collaborated with IT and spearheaded

This process greatly assisted Sales in forecasting and was designed to
comply with FCC regulations and adhere to SAP inventory control

Six Sigma Consultant: At American Condenser, had the responsibility to
implement a universal quality and process culture change. The main
focus was on time deliveries and order picking accuracy. Facility
originally would process incoming orders within a 15 day time period,
which was reduced to 48 hours order processing. Order accuracy
processing went from a 60% accuracy level to a 99% fill rate level at
the end of my contract, which improved customer satisfaction and
backorders levels.
