I have twenty Two years experience in Property
M anagement and customer relations. As Properties Manager and senior
P roperty manager for several apartment communities, I was responsible
for managing daily operations, NoI, creating budgets as well as sales and
t raining new team members. I handled all Managing operations included
maintenance of properties, court appearances, bookkeeping, collections,
and customer service. I have been responsible for sales, planning and

I owned my own successful property management company and
