Bloosky has several web applications, like Blooads, CSPro, Bloostats,IPMan,

11 Project Description:

Derwent project comprises of 3-modules, namely, Loaders, Extractors and CMS

(Content Management System) client. CMS client is a Java-based GUI

application. This application is for use by the users who perform specific

tasks of defining search strategy, creating profiles and running

application through the profiles created. The profiles are created on needs

expressed by the customers of Derwent and on running a product file, an XML

file is generated with data from the search strategy queries. Access to the

interfaces is role-based and user specific properties are stored on the

server.

Extractor module extracts the data from the Database and displays the

results as XML files. There are 11 Extractors that have been developed

using Perl script to retrieve the data from the database.

2 Project Description:

It's about a validation program that reads the input .xml file and

validates the data in XML tags. This program checks for fatal errors and

warnings. Once a fatal error occurs for an issue the program stops

validating the remaining part of that issue. So errors or warnings will not

be generated for the remaining part of the issue. Hence for one issue

program writes only one fatal error and all warnings before the fatal

error. This program counts the number of issues, items processed and number

of total errors and warnings encountered. And the same will be written to

summary file. Both error file and summary file (InputFilename.err &

InputFilename.sum) will be written in to the directory specified in the

input parameter. The input file is archived in the path mentioned in the

input parameter. The input file will be replaced with the output.
