mortgages to ensure proper procedures were followed and all necessary supporting documents

were in file. Monitored revolving lines of credit and determined if the line needed to be closed.

Worked up loan applications and determined if loan was approved or denied with determination

compared with senior officers. Disbursed approved applications and sent Equal Credit

Opportunity Act and Equifax information to denied applicants. Followed regulations with the

Processed and applied mortgage payoffs and made appropriate deposits. Filed new mortgage

Initiated all credit life and credit disability claims as well as balanced general ledgers for the

payments. Responsible for paying coinciding monthly bills and ensuring proper funds were
