Data Specialists within the Portals Implementation team set
up product orders for the Crossfire Division such as
websites and Crossfire Availability, as well as other
products utilized by the Multi-Family Housing Industry by
accurately transcribing and gathering data through online
searches, phone interviews with clients, and questionnaires
submitted via fax and email. A set up may include relevant
content pertaining to specific product orders, reviewing
for accuracy, entering defects to product support for
various software (in-house primarily), maintaining a
positive and productive rapport with clients, organizing
and maintaining logs in excel spreadsheets which track
client content and pertinent information regarding status
of sites and/or products in the process of set up, updating
checklists, trouble shooting errors or problems clients may
be having, directing clients to alternate divisions based
on their needs, and maintaining online records and files.
Formerly a part of the Crossfire Implementations team, we
also were responsible for testing toll-free numbers that
are used for advertising purposes by the client, as well as
the implementation process for that product from
information gathering to final QA.

nationally regarding specific apartment communities while

transcribing detailed information in an enthusiastic and
professional manner, leasing calls require qualification of
candidates, successfully scheduling appointments for
community tours, and answering prospect questions and
concerns. Service calls require documenting maintenance
requests using probing questions, accurate and concise
problem reports, and executing and answering call backs for
the emergency line from on-site clients. Promoted to
handling calls in the Priority Queue where special
procedures are adapted for potential clients, and "Shopper"
sites, where an excellent interaction between client and
agent is crucial. Additional training in Ft. Bragg Military
Leasing and Service calls acquired, which requires
determining the specific needs of callers using three
outside reference sources to answer questions and direct
inquiries to the correct agency.
