I am a Telecom / Network Professional Engineer ( Access Network Integrated

Services and Optical Network ); I possess more than 6 years of experience

in highly technical environments, assessing and upgrading technical

architecture, providing support, and leading technical teams.

My strengths include an aptitude for directing technological and business

initiatives across multiple disciplines, offering new products to new &

existing customers.

EXPERIENCE SUMMARY

I have hands-on experience of working, Implementation and managing

heterogeneous Access Network systems IPDSLAM, MSAN (Broadband &

Narrowband), GPON System equipments to provide voice, data and video

services, and Connect all xDSL, MSAN, SDH systems with their respective

Network Management Systems in Operation & Maintenance Centre of Network in

different scenarios. I also have working experience on Optical Network

equipments Huawei SDH (Metro/OSN Series)

Interfaced with customers & subcontractors in different prospects

(Implementation, dependencies, testing, commissioning, acceptance and BOQ,

RFS etc) to execute job in time, with in budget as per Corporation

policies.

Reporting of weekly Project progress and complex issues.

I am working in integrated environment where Network Engineering, Network

Operations, Network Synchronization, Report generation & log file analysis,

System configuration, Network Element up gradation, fault management &

performance monitoring etc are prime responsibilities; whereas monitoring

of network infrastructures and recognizing issues through network fault

surveillance in order to avoid possible network failures, ensuring network

optimum level performance are routine activities.
