I joined the Liberty Group as a sales consultant where is
quickly produced 25 cars a month. In 1998 I added Lease
manager to my job duties where I ran a 85% renewal
penetration. Upon reaching top sales person within the group
in breaking all company records by selling 52 vehicles in
March of 2000 I then added Assistant Sales Manager while still
maintaining all other duties\. The Liberty group purchased a
Dodge - Chrysler - Jeep franchise in 2001. When the store was
transfer to the existing ford building in 2002 I then was
placed full time as an F&I manger. I quickly built a great
relationship with Chrysler Financial and area bank
representatives making it easy to obtain a 725 pvr. After a 1
1/2 year success i was then transferred back to the
Ford Franchise for all six vehicle lines. Within the next 18
months I was up and running an average of 775 pvr.
