cranes and installed and repaired hydraulic controls and components – did steel and

aluminum welding.

Washington shop foreman – 2008-2010 Responsibilities included CSA 2010

compliance. Setting up and purchasing parts – training and supervising mechanics, both

truck and forklift – responsible for ensuring compliance with and following standard

safety practices and procedures. Preventative maintenance program for trucks and

equipment. Scheduling of repairs and maintenance with outside shops, when trucks broke

down made arrangements for towing and warranty compliance.

1980 – 1994 Superior Fast Freight – Renton, WA

Overhaul/repair of Ford and International Harvester trucks – all phases.

Fabrication of yard goats. Repair of lift gates and forklifts – both American and

Japanese- (propane). Company became insolvent in 1994.

Line mechanic – Repair on Cummins, Caterpillar, Detroit and

International Harvester Engines – Overhaul and maintenance of Fuller, Allison, and IH

transmissions. Major rewiring of trucks/buses. Repair/maintenance of DOT brakes.

Night foreman- 1978-1980 Responsible for 15 mechanics. Company is no longer in

business.
