psychosocial assessment for the clinic, master treatment plans, treatment
plan review and have performed clinical utilization for manage care and
other insurance. Performed case management in linking to community
resources, housing, transportation, admission to medical and psychiatric
hospitals. Case management services on a daily basis as needed by the
client. Held the position as the site’s field instructor for master social worker
intern for their practicum placement. Held the position as the Program
Director of the Partial Hospitalization Program from 2007 2009 which
included supervising directly of other license clinicians and the function of
the clinic.
