Interface (CSSI) is a robust and flexible application that acts as an

Description:

The project is to implement Salesforce Sales module to support the

Channel Partners of Bluecoat to register opportunities. As part of

Opportunity creation process channel partners create Accounts and

Contacts that will be synched to Siebel CRM using Web Services.

Opportunity goes through the approval process in Salesforce before the

Order gets placed in SAP. Once the Order is fulfilled SAP synchs back

the Order Number and Actual Revenue to Salesforce for reporting purpose.

Price books were used to manage product authorization for partners. This

project was initially rolled out for partners in Australia, New Zealand

and Singapore.

As Part of Phase 2 we localized Salesforce for the Japanese Partners for

Japan rollout. Created Apex managed sharing rules to create account

shares between Partner Account and End Customer Account. Price Books were

updated for product authorizations.

Hospital Data. Common Membership System (CM) is one of the IT applications

databases like Operational data from Oracle data bases, Health data from

Flat files and Excel files. The project deals with the development of an

Enterprise Product Management System, which maintains the details of the

Health Insurance Products intended for Claim Processing System and other

business functions. This product management system is developed using J2EE

Technologies. The system manages the benefit information and details as to

how these healthcare benefits have to be administered during claim

processing. System also has multiple feeds to other systems and reporting

engine to generate reports.
