WORK EXPERIENCE

November 2010-Present: Anchor General Insurance: Imaging Technician:

Responsible for scanning all documents into the customer database using high speed

scanners; proof and index scanned documents; route imaged file to their corresponding

work bin through the computer, audit imaged folders to make sure all information

matches, pre-index folders using a stand alone personal computer; assist in coordinating

imaging staff to have folders properly prepared and organized.

March 2010-August 2010: Iron Mountain Records Management, San Diego, CA

Imaging Production Supervisor: Provided daily direction to employees to accomplish

large scale imaging projects. Demonstrated leadership skill with strong technical background

and organizational skills. Managed project timelines, quality and outcome of customer

orders. Lead, mentored, cross-trained and provided accountable standards and measures to

department employees. Researched and resolved customer issues, and modified workflow

procedures to meet customer demand. Managed HR related tasks: scheduling, timecards and

film-to-plate prepress operations. Implemented conversion to digital workflow environment.

Team member of full scale web reduction cut down project, and restructuring. Recruited

imaging staff; trained imaging, design, and production staff; prepared budgets; purchased

computer and imaging resources; and resolved printing issues regarding software, hardware,

file transfers, and image quality. Scanned and color corrected images for publication. Set up

ICC profiles to output devices.
