standards based labor forecasting and labor management system

structuring critical change management projects in North American. Specific

merger of DHL and Exel businesses and cultures into a single
organization of 5200 people and $2.1 billion in revenue (all in 11
months).
. Created a business project plan and roadmap for the first of three

. Directed the international integration of Canada's merging of Exel and
DHL. This time-compressed project included physical relocations,
