Short-term contract role. Hired to re-write the company Employee Handbook.

3 wichita children's home - Wichita, KS

Short-term contract role of HR Coordinator for the Wichita Children's Home.

Employed over 135 staff.

HR Coordinator, 2010 to 2011

Directed the full spectrum of the human resource department in areas of

employment, training, retention, workers compensation, benefits,

unemployment, revising and creating HR and organizational policies and

procedures as well as oversee the on-boarding process. Performed and

oversaw high volume recruiting. Partnered with Hiring Managers in

Took on the HR role in preparation for the State Audit. Worked

Customer Service Representative/Bookkeeper/Teller, 1999 to 2006

Was the first "face" of the bank. Opened new accounts, activated and

maintained Debt/Credit card accounts, reconciled bank statements,

executed Federal Reserve Wire Transactions, administered overdrafts and

returned checks. Was there to serve and communicate with customers and

was the contact person to answer any questions they might have, listening

to them and leading them to the solution that best worked for them. Sold

new banking services and products to customers. Worked well under

institution offered, complete complex transactions and manage large

Owned and co-managed a 5000 head cattle operation. Worked with the

processing team in vaccinations, branding, castration, tagging, dehorning

feed supplements for cattle in feedlots, to ensure weight gain and

80 head of horses). Traveled around the United States showing paint
