Up until a recent lay-off of five hundred employees at AM General Humvee in South Bend, IN I was a very

succesful maintenance laborer. I have had a wide range of experience in different military Humvee

departments. Bodyshop,chassis line, electric harness application and other trim line applications, body paint

line, small parts paint line, inventory analysis, inventory line stock, forklift driver, JLG hydraulic lift operator are

a brief example of my extroardinary amount of experiences. I have been in charge of maintaining a safe and

productive work environment as a maintenance laborer. I am experienced in confined spaces working in a

team environment for safety and have had respirator training . I have experience with many different types of

handtools including pnuematic rivet guns, handsaws, bansaw, power sander, high powered jack hammer,

4500 PSI power washer, bench grinder, drill presses, metal lathes, etc

My obligations at this job included driving a large truck around a fifty mile area to fill, clean, and repair

vending machines. I continued to show I am trustworthy collecting money from vending machines with no

supervision. I also have a valid Chauffers drivers license from this job. I was paid by commission so I was

rewarded for my hard work. I moved on from this job because of a better opportunity came knocking at my

door.

My duties included delivery of parts like rigid pipe, pvc, junction boxes etc.. to electricians on job sites as well

as using a carbsaw, rigid pipe threader, pipe bender,table saw among the tools i used daily. I was on the

electrician apprentice waiting list when I was ultimately laid off due to lack of contract work for company.
