into manufacturing of quality pesticide formulations for over 3 decades.

The company has vast range of quality products for its customers across the

globe. HCL manufactures over 50 pesticide formulations, which are available

in about 200 customer defined packing modules.

At HCL we understand, a farmer of India needs customized solutions

for all his farming needs. Apart from catering his crop protection

requirements, we also provide gamut of add-on services like educating him

on the usage of chemicals, seed & fertilizer usage, cropping patterns,

Responsibilities:

. As a Functional consultant involved in business process flow, study and

interaction with the department head and members and understanding the

various scenarios.

. Responsible for configuring new business process. This includes

Requirement gathering, preparation of blue print / Functional

Specification / Test plan, Configuration in SAP, Go Live etc.

. Analyzed and reviewed all processes, user procedures and system

requirement.

. Customized Billing and Delivery.

. Documented Functional Specification, Test plans and following the quality

processes

. Configuration: Primarily in the area of Sales and Distribution

including, Customer Master, Material Master, Pricing and Sales order.

. Master Data: Collection and Compilation of Customer Master and

Material Master and additional fields in Customer and Material Master

for Sales analysis.

. Pricing: Pricing Structure made as per client requirement using

condition technique. Also Condition Exclusion having different scales

in Condition Types, Pricing Limits. Also configured the rebate

processing

. Sales Documents: Unit level testing to test the complete order cycle.

Also worked on Availability check and Delivery Document Processing.

. Credit Management: Developing and maintaining Credit management for

Customers.
