Distribution Manager

Commanded six department heads, 57 warehouse personnel, and nine support staff in all aspects of operations for a

100,000 square foot 24 hour distribution center operation of $245M in inventory across six major market divisions,

with a $7.2M operating budget and $2M capital budget. Provided expertise focusing on financial accountability and

reporting, inventory and asset management, in addition to order fulfillment, e commerce, logistics provider

oversight, and implementation of quality systems.

•Reduced Distribution Center expenses by more than $1.5 million, a 30% reduction, over a 2 year period while

maintaining productivity levels, service quality, and inventory accuracy.

•Benchmarked a 99.8% inventory accuracy rating at the lot code level for 22 consecutive quarters, setting the

corporate standard for all distribution centers.

•Assumed and maintained P&L responsibility for all operational departments.

•Processed 8 million units annually while managing 9,000 SKUs to supply appropriate products to over 1,500

locations.

•Achieved above standard scores for 23 FDA inspections by increasing standards for total quality and control

processes.
