commercialization for Diversified Products, an exercise equipment

previous year.

o Initiated the development of a new, reduced cost resistance technology

for exercise bikes to reach lower price point customers of mass

merchandisers. This technology also addressed supply chain issues for cast

iron fly wheels coming out of China.

o Researched and introduced a new furniture grade paint finish for exercise

equipment that won new business with high-end retailers.

o Developed a private label program for Spiegel and created marketing and

merchandising programs for products sold through retail giants such as

Target, K-Mart, Wal-Mart and Sam's Club.
