overall inventory reduction of 10%.

* Mentored a team of buyers which resulted in improved productivity by over

30% and a 65% reduction in AP disputes over a 3 mo period.

* Improved OTD to supplier original commit from a low of 60% to an all time

high of 80%.

* Developed a (BOM) revision change process and implemented an employee

training program which reduced overall (ECO) change order cycle time by

75%.

. Scheduled and released material work orders following lead-time and

order management techniques to prevent shortages, which resulted in

reducing work order variances from 25% to 2%.

. Using MRP (capacity and production plans), maintained a consistent on-

time material flow to meet a customer requirements with minimized

inventory investments which resulted in shipments of 1.6m units/$52.8m.

. Through analyzing variances and communicating with suppliers resolved

and maintained 100% of receiving and accounts payable discrepancies.
