Testers to manufacture slot machines for casino industries.

Restructured operations during tear-down process which helped in cost

savings and reduction of inventory; also manufactured new slot machines

per customer requirements.

Managed daily improvements which reduced startup time, increased First

Pass Yield, reduced operator errors and line returns.

Implemented Lean tool program process, standard work, progressive 5S, JIT,

value stream mapping, and waste walk.
