Duties: Deployed and maintained plant pest traps for various invasive insect species specifically the
Emerald Ash Borer. Internship duties were completed using teamwork with another surveyor
and dedication to the work at hand.

Title: Tutor in C.A.P.E. program (Children Actively Protecting Our Environment)
Duties: Tutored disadvantaged elementary students in the sciences which allowed me to increase
my communication skills to younger children rather than just adults. Also, the children needed a
mentor with leadership qualities to teach them the studies and also from right/wrong.

Title: Gardener/ Landscaper
Duties: Used teamwork, problem solving, and organization to complete the responsibilities of my
position as a gardener/landscaper. This entailed me to do physical labor in harsh weather
including mulching, tree removal, garden landscaping and also planting/designing garden beds.

Duties: Attending to customers in the market and cutting special requests. Dedication to this job
and leadership allowed me to move up in rank in the department and also earned respect from
fellow employees and managers/owners.
