My background is in business ownership and management, supervisory
positions in the mortgage lending industry along with many years of loan
processing and underwriting experience. My strengths include the ability
to handle multiple tasks, learn new skills, to complete all tasks
competently and in a timely manner. I am detail oriented, organized and
efficient and I will go out of my way to help others. I am up to date on
all FNMA/FHLMC and FHA underwriting guidelines. I have a long history of

appraisers, reporting to manager file status and ensuring
complete customer satisfaction through the successful close
of the transaction.

Duties and responsibilities include payroll, human resources,
accounts payable, accounts receivables, annual insurance
renewals and audits for G/L, W/C, auto, renewals of licenses

Responsible for the timely, accurate underwriting of a very
high volume of mortgage loan files, knowledge and application
of investor guidelines for saleable loan files.
1-94 - 4-95: Mortgage Loan Underwriter - SC Funding, Irvine, Ca
Team underwriter assigned the responsibility of timely,
accurate underwriting of a high volume of mortgage loan files
meeting all investor guidelines for sale-ability. Extensive
experience reviewing title and escrow documents and purchase
agreement; also analyzing tax returns, asset a I was
responsible to meet or exceed a quota of at least 8 loans
daily submitted by a team of 4 loan originators and two loan
processors. Responsibilities included assisting other teams

1991- 1994 Mortgage Loan Underwriter / Dept. Supervisor - Directors

Upon hire I worked in the conforming conventional mortgage underwriting
department. After a short time period I was promoted to the non-
conforming (jumbo) conventional mortgage department where I was
responsible to underwrite to investor standards the most complicated
and complex loan files. I was further promoted to the position of
Supervisor of this department which included 6-8 loan underwriters.
Extensive experience reviewing title and escrow documents and purchase
agreement; also analyzing tax returns, assets, income and liabilities.
My additional duties included tracking investor guideline changes and
communicating current changes and issues to my staff of underwriters,
assisting in documentation issues and decision-making issues on complex
loan files and holding weekly meetings to keep the loan staff up to
date on industry changes.
1985-1991: Processor / Underwriter - Great American Bank, Riverside,
Ca
Hired as a loan processor. Duties included working closely with the
loan originators and borrowers, making sure each file was processed
properly and timely and submitted to underwriting. Experience drawing
loan documents. After approval I was responsible for printing all
loan document packages for borrower signatures, for assuring all
underwriting and investor requirements were met and signed off and
loan files were submitted to the closing department accurately and
timely. After showing in interest in advancement I received training
which allowed me to advance to the position of underwriter.
1988-1990: Bartender - Pepitos Mexican Restaurant, Riverside, Ca
I held a second job during this time as a night bartender at Pepitos
Mexican Restaurant. Duties included bar set-up, customer service,
working with waitress and chef staff and serving clients.
1983 - 1985: Inventory Control Clerk - Leisure Time Services, Riverside,
Ca.
This company was the parent and management company of five local scuba
diving stores. My duties included daily record-keeping and data input
of all sales slips from each of the dive stores, preparation of daily
sales and inventory reports, weekly inventory stocking from prepared
reports for each of the stores, semi-annual physical inventory
inspections.
1980 - 1983: Stenographer to Patient Accounts Manager, Riverside General
Hospital, County of Riverside:
Stenographer II classification for the County of Riverside. Worked
directly for the Patient Accounts Department Manager.
Duties included file management, stenography, typing and
transcription of department correspondence, working with collections
officers and front office patient accounts representatives.
