Complete time keeping and payroll activities on a weekly basis using

Kronos, make necessary adjustments and verify receipt of corporate payroll

Customer Relations

Handle customer collections

Resolve customer/guest concerns and issues

Greet customers upon entering the store and ensure all questions are

answered in a timely manner

Responsible for the safety and security of employees and customers

Communication

Provide store performance updates to district manager and point-of-contact

for corporate office inquiries regarding operational tasks or issues
