bundled with a HR Module to take care of the HR activities. Consultant tracking system allows to
add Contract, Permanent placements and also to add Timesheet information of consultants.
Consultant tracking system includes reporting facility; user of the application can view reports like
timesheet of a consultant, report having all active permanent and contract placements.
Maintain the employee contact details, Time when he was joined, employee temporary placement or
employee permanent placement as well as maintain the employee whole salary structure which is
calculated by his working days and hours. How user can search for billing account of consultant,
how user can add new billing account of consultants how user can edit or delete billing account of a
consultant, how user can add new office, how user can edit or delete an office, how user can add new
client, how user can edit or delete a client. Employee timesheet maintain by admin user and generate
the salary slip in some different format pdf, excel sheet etc.

Description : The Grants Budget System (GBS) is a web-based computer application that tracks
grant budgets from the earliest projection of a grant through to approval. GBS presents in automated
form the organization of program work that the Program Division has decided to adopt following the
creation of the three worldwide Programs of Assets, KC & F and PSJ.
GBS tallies automatically so each grant maker knows whether there is enough money in the
budget for each projected grant, and forwards requests to particular funding pools or to fellow grant
makers as requests to share the cost of the grant. Projections and approvals sum up automatically by
grant maker, cost center, worldwide field, Program, and funding pool.
Grant information (grantee name, amount, concise description, term, etc.) moves
automatically through stages of projection and approval without retyping but with editing and cross
checking instead.
The GBS system incorporates many functions that support teamwork. GBS is evolving as a
tool used to capture and manage e-mail, electronic proposals and other grant documents. It is on its
way to becoming a better grant tracking, planning and managing tool. Staff needs to be familiar with
GBS and the ways in which it can support on-time grant making and systematic training on its use
for all participants in the grant making process is a cornerstone for improved efficiency
